Just upgraded to a 2006 rocket from a 2008 America and glad i have...
my rocket was purchased over the net sight unseen so was a surprise when it arrived in my driveway since i had only sat on a rocket before and after looking it over found that it had a power commander V and a kn air ram as well as the tbars, jardine headers and pipes , cruse controls and heated grips the dealer i purchased it from in tassie only told me about the headers and cruse so was a pleasant surprise and it fits me like a well worn glove the previous owner must have been the same size as me as the h/way pegs are in the perfect spot i am in heaven ...

one question have you checked how easy or difficult raising the petrol tank will be ?

Yep that's a problem still working out a easy way to do it without unbolting the gauges think a hinge on the gauge bracket might work
