Rocket 3 Roadster soon
Hi everyone . Just a quick hello to introduce myself . I'm Chris and at the mo do not have a bike but I am looking forward to getting my R3 Roadster in the summer as soon as my wife has had her extension and kitchen fitted. Those are , unfortunately , the terms and conditions of my getting my bike as she has waited 9 years for her kitchen.
What has made this harder is that I have been visiting plenty of Triumph dealers in the UK sourcing a Rocket 3 Touring for a friend of mine which he took delivery of last week. Walking in and out of dealerships looking at bikes for someone else while the Roadsters just sit there has not been easy.
Looking forwards to chatting with you over the next few months.
Take care
Chris

Welcome to the Forum from Sunny South Florida! Hope you enjoy the time you spend here with us. Good luck on obtaining your R3R - you're gonna love it - and the PermaGrin that comes with it!

Get the bike now; she already has a kitchen (talk about reinforcing the stereotype, but that's another matter) but promise her that you won't get the Carpenters in until she has. Just kidding. The wait will be worth it in every way. Meanwhile, good to have you join us.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Getting a bit excited in anticipation of the Summer and that kitchen being done !
G'day Chris from another Aussie ,is your friend happy with his R3T, if it costs you a Kitchen then it will be worth it to get out riding with your friend on his Touring , Oh did he have to buy a kitchen as well LOL
Cheers
