No worries Bully we do have some funny ways of saying things , like why not instead of yes, or ripper instead of good or great ,and the classic I'll be F**#D instead I'm surprised

Well, in Oklahoma they say OKEY DOKEY for yes. In California they say *****IN for ripper and I usually say I'll be dipped in $hit for surprised.
I NEVER did hear "I'm quite American" but, I do read folks writing quite instead of quiet frequently, hense my pedantic error!

It's a bit like what we call nick names ,an alternate name for mates and not so much mates ,like the afore mentioned Blue or ranga for red heads ,snowy for blond (males) lofty for tall guys, have a chat or jibberer for talkative blokes, tubbie for fat blokes, pull through for skinny guys, pictures for heavily tattooed blokes ,specs for blokes who wear glasses , I reckon most Aussies have at least some mates that have these or similar Nick names.

Theirs always a rummer about bringing back the Magna. I love my Magna but I must say I have a new love... and she's a Big Red Rocket 3. Only had her a week and can't believe that she feels like she was made for me. I'm planning a long weekend ride to the Tail of the Dragon and the Cherohala Sky way where my love for her will really shine.
