Hesitation at 2000 RPM (with Tune ECU questions)

I THINK THAT U SHOULD DO THE TESTS THAT WARP SUGGESTED BEFORE THE TUNE. ALSO SAVE YOUR OLD TUNE BEFORE INSTALLING NEW TUNE. SORRY CAPS.

Final report:

Checked everything through TuneECU. Found my secondary TPS had crept up to .67 volts. Adjusted back to .6. Throttle was acting fine but figured I would adjust it to spec. once done I reset the adaptives.

I loaded a sweet Hans0 Tune, thanks again Clint. The old girl is now running, by far, the best she ever has. Mileage has gone down a bit (from about 30mpg to low to mid 20's), but I'm OK with that given how well she's running.

I wanted to install triple K&Ns for awhile, but the TPS issue gave me the incentive to go out and do it. Man I am glad I did. After adding the correct Tune, the beast has awakened!

Thanks again to all that have helped out here. You guys really helped me understand this motor, especially the throttles, way more than before. I just hope to be able to repay the favor some day.

Oh and Warp, although I really appreciate the help, I'm not going to kiss your a$$.

No need for that dude you did all the work.
Glad she is behaving properly for you!!!

This has been a fantastic read as I am thinking this might be my problem as well, so back in the shed tomorrow, with laptop, to re read and check these items out.......

Ok, I've checked everything as per this forum, replaced a dodgy crip on #1 coil, adjusted 1&2 tps sensors, done an ISCV adjust and this is the final result on the Diagnostic page. Does it matter that the voltage is out here but spot on in the ISCV?
What does the reset adaption do?
My next steps are to connect my Muff o meter up with the map sensor still connected and compare the throttle bodies.

When you do the Adjust ISCV it IS important that you have TPS voltage at 0.60 and Stepper motor at 0.72 or it will run like sh!t

Hi HansO, how are you mending? I get all the voltages right in the ISCV but the TPS volts read different in the Diagnostic page????

If I understand you right you go thru the ISCV set/adjust/or check and the .60 is there with the stepper motor retracted and the .72 is there when you move the stepper motor. You of course finish the test and reset adaptives. So after all this when you go to the diagnostic page the TPS voltage is different because you are looking at it without the stepper motor retracted as it is during the test.

If I got this right your doing fine bud go ride and thrash the beast

Hell yeah
