Help Lost baffle out of Jardine exhaust

You may or may not know of Paul's good name re Exhaust systems...if you need his product, be comfortable in the fact his work is absolutely first class! there are many on this forum who will support this...Good luck going forward.
 
My welding skills would be admonished by Sonny but here is my final product prior to welding on the perforated tube and painting black with high temp paint along side the original

Added a less than pretty bead of welp around one end to tack up the slack as my ring was 95mm rather than 98mm. It looks ugly but works and won’t be seen once installed
 
Sorry could be a bit late but I just re- found this thread and had a Google highlighting text in post, left mouse click ....



 
I used part is something similar to that to make the flange on the end of the baffle I made. I appreciate you researching for me. I have the new baffle and the original baffle back in the pipes with new ceramic fiberglass and love the sound.
