New Triumph dude here from Bismarck, ND. My name is Robert (my older brother always called me Robert the Bob but everyone else calls me Bob. I have no idea why Bob is short for Robert). I'm an old guy.

I went through a few bikes these last 5 years. I bought a Honda GL1300 Goldwing and rode that for two summers. Sold it. Bought a 2009 Harley Ultra Classic and rode that for two summers. Sold it. Bought a 2013 Yamaha FJR1300. Rode it for one/half a summer. Sold it.

I was pretty convinced the bike I would love just wasn't made. Then a friend of mine convinced me to look at the Triumph. He thought I'd like the Thunderbird LT, and I do, but no more than the Harley. Then I saw the Rocket III Roadster. Ok, now I have MY bike.

I admit, I'm a ***** so I'm putting on a windshield. I also immediately installed a cruise control from MCCruise. But otherwise, I'm keeping this a roadster.
