Actually yes
Dealership tires are often a little less tread compared to a tire you will get. I'm not saying this one is but it's possible. Also when I ride HARD on my night hawk and my ninja at a track I can make tires look like that in a weekend .... Street tires will.
All it would take is someone going to a track once or twice to make them that flat looking.
Agree, it depends on the rider and the way you take care of it. This one looks barely broken into. And the previous owner was an older guy and 2.5 was a little too much for him, so it was just his weekend ride. Anyways I'll check and change them if they are too bad.
