Just thought I'd throw it out there. What do you prefer Heated grips or heated gloves? I think there are pros and cons for both. I had grips on my previous bike (BMW R1200GS) and despite them and the branch guards I still used to get painful finger tips. Now I have an R3R I considered the OEM heated grips but the switchgear is pug ugly and so are many of the other brands so I've opted for gloves and shelled out for a pair of Keis X800's [gulp]. Not had chance to try them on a ride here yet (more storms lashing us) but the wiring is in and they certainly started to heat up. They're a lot neater than the grips controllers, push buttons on the cuffs.
