Apparently warranty for accessories is only for 12 months. They did not want to know.

I would think 13 mos later Triumph would have helped you out with this.

Switched off and I'm using it as a standard gear shift.

That was an expensive 13 month experience. I have been considering adding the Triumph QS, but now maybe not.

I have an extended warranty on my bike and I checked and they said they will cover it if anything happens to it.
