Has anyone tried out the Healtech Quickshifters? They seem much cheaper than triumph, but that's alot of parts in the pic for it.

I haven't but I've had great luck with other things from them in the past. I would have seriously considered it if I was aware of it when I bought the QS for my bike.

At the same time, I probably would have passed as I stumbled across "old stock" at my dealer and got the actual Triumph QS for not much more than I would have paid for the Healtech one. If my bike was under warranty, I'd go with the Triumph one as well. The Triumph one looks simpler to fit.

Here is the main page for the Healtech one.

My RS has the Triumph quickshifter that allows you to row through the gearbox at will. Clutchless up, down, and if it could sideways. Pretty nifty bit of kit. The only time you need the clutch is stops and starts.

With all those parts in the pic, I feel like it would be hard to install.

It seems that the healtech is only for upshifting...it's a shame because, on my Ducati, I realize that downshifting with the QS is really very practical!
