Ok. I raised my handlebars and driving lamps not working. Is there a relay I should check? I use the Eastern Beaver pigtail on headlight. Also running LCD lights up front as well.

Check your fuses. I can't speak for your touring, but my 2013 has a relay under the tank. The Triumph aux lighting kit includes a relay. You can't miss it if you raise the tank. It's attached to the frame on the exhaust manifold side towards the front. If yours was an add on it may be somewhere else.

Only thing I can think of if they're stock and the only change was raising the bars was, a: the fuse was blown and is unrelated, or b: there wasn't enough slack in the wires and one has unseated when stretched or gotten crimped and broken?

Sounds like some good possibilities.

Fuse good

Are you actually getting power to the switch? I believe the wire colors according from my diagram are.... blue/black stripe (power in) and blue (power out). I believe the wiring is accessible in the headlight shell. There are two harness connectors in my headlight with a lot of wires....check those. Separate the connectors and reseat them. You can check for power in the wires as mentioned by using a very small needle/pin and poke it thru the wire insulation. Put the positive tester lead on the pin and the neg tester lead to ground. DON'T TOUCH the pin against the headlight shell or ground so as to create a short while testing. Just some suggestions.
