Head count for RAA - Wytheville VA 2017

I'm doing good sprained shoulder bruises and rash from inside my jacket. Bike pics are on my FB page. Look up Zachary Whingnut. I went back to it on Friday. I'm waiting on insurance to make a decision. If they total it, I may not replace it with another rocket. I may have to cancel my trip to RAA. Ill know more after tomorrow Wednesday at the latest.
 
Glad u r doing good just because u may not have a rocket anymore doesn't mean u have to cancel showing up if that's the reason I don't have a rocket anymore still show up to most gathering
If the insurance totals ur bike what r u thinking bout replacing it with
 
If the insurance totalled it I would go for a 2014 rocket 3 touring I found in MA, a 2005 r 1200 gs or 2015 klr650. I maybe out of the event if they take too long fixing the bike. Progressive wants to fix it and I'm good with it! I help Bryan at D&D pull the front end off after I got off work. The fender a forks where tweeked. Fork tubes where stuck compressed. After the wheel was pulled they sprang back so..... Ill have a full run down of repairs on my bike thread as soon as I get it. Plus insurance is replacing my gear!
 
I owned a KLR650 for one summer, if you think you would like an Estonian knockoff of a pre WW2 Russian farm implement that carries all it's weight on the top half of the bike, go for it.
 


If Bryan and Steve at D&D are doing the work you are in good hands. Great shop, best customer service I have ever encountered. Good luck on both you and the bike recovering........
 
My buddy Guzzi Dan is coming after all, so no extra bed, but anyone is still welcome with a cot or air mattress, Dan is quite a character, probably the highest IQ guy I know, with plenty of opinions, LOL. Lupe met him, he's the type that would tell Lupe, no, you're wrong, this is what Mexicans think about (fill in the blank). Great guy, though, probably my best friend overall. Another friend who met him calls him the walking encyclopedia.
 

We had a guy just like him at an earlier RAA he was so smart that he and Wendy(sweet tenn babe ) became life long pals
 
Yeah, it was a pleasure to met Dan, very smart guy, but we all know that smart guys are not very smart
