TRUTH there peeps. You can dehydrate to dangerous levels riding with hot wind across the skin and beer is NOT the answer. Spray on sunscreen on face, neck and ears a must too.
And keep your gear ON!
In 100° + temps I find a wet neck scarf super helpful.
Once I also wet my T-shirt under my mesh jacket, but for me twas a tad too much chill.
I just talked to Gary to cancel my reservation. He didn't have me listed. I made the reservation online. He is not connected and can't take online reservations. If you made your reservation online, you don't have a reservation!!! I hope I'm the only one that did that. Sorry for the bad news.
We only pass once in this world. You could go, stop and smell the spring flowers, and of course, if you do, take plenty of photos, and post a travel log for us.
