Harley owner, future Rocket 3 owner

Howdy Victor! Welcome from East Texas
When I got my Rocket I weighed 285 lbs & it fit me
After riding it for 2 years, with a few mods, just holding on to the dang thing has me down to 215 lbs, but it still fits
Now my wife will definitely want me to get one! My years of Harley's has just added weight to me!

My die-hard H-D (including Ultra Classic) pals always say the same thing when they sit on my Rocket, "OMG, it's HUGE"...

But then all Rocket Captains have women constantly tell us that we're "huge" (or words to that effect) and I don't think they're talking about the bike...

I never let my Harley pals ride the Rocket though since I don't think they could handle the significant difference in power and would probably crap themselves, making a mess all over my clean bike...

You're going to love the Rocket, either model. My Roadster has the Corbin batwing fairing, Triumph leather saddlebags, Jardine headers/mufflers exhaust system and Ram Air intake with a Hanso tune. I am a very happy camper..

I can't believe a local concern would not change a Rocket tire! Triumphs are no more complicated than anything else out there these days! Of course a Rocket is way more bike than anything out there...you need bigger wrenches, but that's all!

Well, the poor things depth perception is all screwed up - That's why they can't park a car
WE keep telling them this is 9 inches:

Most people that buy a Roadster either put on the aftermarket risers or different bars to get a more relaxed seating position , Some dont like the upright seating due to peg placement and do a conversion with footboards off other models.

I personally have bar risers , a small fly screen and used to have the engine bars with highway pegs ( should never of sold them ) , if i had the opportunity to do it all over again i think id buy a Touring.
