Hand grips and new levers.

Kind of looking at the Strada brand for grips and levers. Just out of curiosity what is the advantage to the short levers vise the long? Any advantage to short adjustable levers? They make hand grips and levers that are supposed to be a direct fit. Specified by year. Like the looks of their hand grips for $59.00 dollars very similar to Rizoma sport (GR233b) New levers are a fair price of $119.00. If anybody is running this on their bike let me know.

I expect the short levers are for 2 finger operation while racing. I know on the drag strip my 3rd and 4th finger get in the way ..... they wouldn't with a short lever.

That is what i was thinking. Think i'll buy the short.

Benefits I have found are 2 finger use (comfort/control) of brake/clutch lever, finer adjustment available, probably less likely to get damaged if you drop the bike (not tested) & they look **** good (great range). I went with the Chinese flea bay clones and they have been excellent.

Good to hear thanks. Was a bit curious as to how it would look with short levers. Kind of liked the idea of two fingers. Don't spend a lot of time shifting anyhow. Ride mostly open highway. Short it will be.

Makes sense Sonny...i like many others probably, only use two fingers on the brake and the clutch....i have cnc...nice levers...

I think this company is out of Italy. 6061-T-6 aluminum along with 303 stainless steel hardware. They advertise two finger pull. Figure in the morning going to order. Hand grips are made of the same of 6061-T-6. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. (All in black of course)

Both the grips and levers work well. The grips are very comfortable.
