Had anyone tried these c-bow saddlebags mounts? Only $200.

Seen those, but they all look so "old regime", don't know if their "classical" look with clash with more sporty look of the Rocket 3.

How about these, a bit small but functional.

They look nice, surprisingly, on the bike.

I am in S. Florida and it rains here in the summer like every day (Rainforest Tropical climate). I can't have non-waterproof bags, they'd develop mold. I am afraid I am locked to something more substantial that can take the humidity and rain.

If were I, look to mount Easy Brackets then attach Tusk aluminum hard bags.
I have thus setup on both of my R3Rs and have loved them for many long trips for a dozen years.

Found a thread regarding these brackets:

There it says that you can't really load them up with weight because they are independent and probably sag, this is the impression I got. Thus, larger bags probably would be futile to have, as they may sag and rub on the tire, worst case scenario.

For now, I kind of think about this particular set up, have not made my mind, just thinking: Top Box Set for Triumph Rocket III / Classic + Saddlebag TK3 | eBay It is for the III model, but I am sure it can be adapted to these brackets, just wondering how it will look.
What crap! The add says for a Rocket lll but shows NO pix mounted on a Triumph. 👎👎👎
