I had them on my previous bike, a Ducati Xdiavel. I thought they were great and are only about half the cost of the Triumph bags and mounts. When researching bags for my new Rocket 3 my dealer said that the Triumph bags sit closer to the bike and for that reason I'll probably go with those.
What compatible bags do you think would look the best on a Rocket? I totally don't see the "stock" bags Triumph is selling as looking good on a Rocket. I like what Corbin has but not sure I'd want to pay THAT much.
Frankly, I am kind of confused by Rocket looks and matching accessories to it. It is not a sports bike, per se, and not your regular cruiser. It kind of needs "sporty bags" but not sure if such a thing exists.

There it says that you can't really load them up with weight because they are independent and probably sag, this is the impression I got. Thus, larger bags probably would be futile to have, as they may sag and rub on the tire, worst case scenario.
For now, I kind of think about this particular set up, have not made my mind, just thinking: Top Box Set for Triumph Rocket III / Classic + Saddlebag TK3 | eBay It is for the III model, but I am sure it can be adapted to these brackets, just wondering how it will look.
