2007 Rocket III
Greetings, y'all!
My name is Colin and I'm a Motorcycle Addict. I'm been lusting after the Rocket III since 2006 and just picked up a 2007 Classic. It's wearing a Corbin seat and Beetle Bags at the present, but that's about it. I will be making a slip-on or buying an exhaust very soon. I liked the Jardine system, but it seems they no longer offer that one. Carpenter seems like the most reasonable option for a full system here in the US. This bike needs to be heard!
Over the years I've owned over 100 motorcycles. Other street bikes currently in the stable would include a 2005 BMW R1200RT, 2007 Kawasaki KLR650, 2003 Moto Guzzi V11 California Special Sport and a few others. I race a Turbocharged Hayabusa occasionally (227.2mph is the best so far) and I've got another turbo project that I need to get back to eventually.
I've been in the motorcycle industry for 25 years and am also an aircraft mechanic.
Cheers!

Welcome Colin from western Washington. Your new to you Rocket is nicely appointed beauty and it sounds like you have a great current stable of other bikes. Dig the Busa.

My son-in-law is an Army CW5 who presently drives Apaches. He transitioned to them after the Army got rid of the Kiowas. He also flew Lakotas for a bit. I believe he has about 7,000 hours now.

The first time I visited DFW I was at a military conference in west FW. I then drove to visit a friend in Rockwall. I thought I'd never get there. I couldn't believe how big two adjoining cities could be.
