Their website doesn't support orders out of USA and Canada (Unless you are willing to give them your CC details on the phone).

Very true.

My stock cam chain tensioner failed which resulted in the chain eating in to the cam chain guides/blades.

Luckily the valves and pistons are safe (Just got the head ported and polished last year)

So this set of fixes and upgrades are:

Neville Lush manual cam chain tensioner
APE Adjustable Cam gears
Replacing the chain, blades and crank sprocket giving that whole drive a new start.
