Got a Gremlin

Howdy guys, got a little Gremlin issue.
Had the bike dynoed the other day & it's still there!
What happens is the bike sort of cuts out for a split second randomly. More so when in lower gears or lower revs. On full throttle no problems.
I've changed a few maps & settled for one out of the resources page (photo) & as recommended set tps @ 0.64 & iscv @ 0.76
It dose run good & better than the dyno tune that was loaded, but that little bugger is still there.
Could it be a dirty 02 sensor? Maybe a bad earth?

Does it seem to happen after the bike gets hot, warms up? I chased a bad coil for 2 years, just throwing it out there.

It can happen just after start up or after a good thrash, very randomly?
I've checked all coil wires & made sure they're tight too.
This is the bike I built...2016 engine with 2010 ecu & gauges. It seemed to run best with the stock 20352 tune but a bit lean, still had the blip but only more so at idle or first gear.
I run the k&n filters & viking single free flow exhaust with standard headers.

I'd say more down those revs yes & in any gear, but sometimes at idle it'll do it too.

Hi Russell. Do you remember 'loaning' me a spark plug lead to replace a faulty one? Could that be it?

I have got another set, so will change them over & see what happens
I just started the bike & it did it within 20 seconds...I'll strangle the little bugger when I find it!! ✌

G'day mate! Been a while! Yeah I remember..... but this time I was thinking more of the switchover from F to L tables which gave me a momentary "cut out"at around 1800 rpm...unless using heavy throttle, when it went straight past it... many years ago and many tunes back!! Obviously not this fella's problem.
