Great vid Ken ! I think with the Rocket and some of the other large displacement bikes, we are about at the point where synchonizers are going to become necessary on motorcycles. The R3 has some pretty big heavy gears for the "slam into the next one" to match the speed. I'm sure mine is not the only one that sounds a bit violent when shifting at high rpm's.
