You guys have car tyres on?
We are both running the Bridgestone Excedra Max.

Part of my problem at the beginning is the PC is not acting right at part throttle. When he first opens the throttle the highlighted boxes on the PC jump from the low range to almost 100% area for a second, then go back to where they should be and climb normally from there.
Do you have any idea what would cause that, and how to fix it? Thanks.

If it is a PC V then up date the firmware, this may fix the TPS issue. Also poor earthing of the TP wiring can cause this. Your bikes would both get better numbers if access to the stock ECM was able to be done, as timing etc can be adjusted. Also I know from Jim his drum knurling is worn from doing many bikes, and he has to winch 'em down plenty to stop wheelspin. This squashes the tyre down on the drum and causes number loss, could be 5-7hp. Your power graphs show what I would expect with the difference in header size/lengths and also the megga style from Carp pipe. Both of you report a satisfactory job with bikes running well, so this highlights the need to ride the motorcycle not the dyno chart :).

I'll plug into it in the morning and see about updating the firmware. Thanks.

He didn't strap down the back, only one strap on the front tire.

YES looks like you have a PC problem for sure looking at the Dyno graph like Nev said could be the Firmware weve also had problems with some of the PCs

I can't honestly say I'm happy with the service I received. Sure he smoothed out the A/F line at the bottom, but I lost both HP & TQ from my first run. He never tried to adjust the timing. He also said he would contact Dynojet about the PCV acting odd. I tried contacting him 2 days in a row with no response. I really feel he rushed the job, took my money, and now don't give a flip about what he did.

If you look at before and after, it clearly shows a loss. Not to mention the time and money I lost dealing with him.

Steel, sorry I misread that. Tex seems happy, I thought you both were. The mixtures look wierd on your above graph. You said you had a PCV, cannot adjust timing with that unless you also buy ign module or have Tune ECU/BOY. How did you go with the firmware update?
