Heard back from the dealer tonight, Triumph is going to cover the cost of the gasket. 9 months out of warranty, I guess its something....

It turned out even better today. The service writer contacted Triumph today and they are now covering labour as well. It is interesting as Triumph has sent them both the gasket and a new cover to replace.

That is interesting, let us know if they find any differences between the original cam cover and the new one. I patched up my gasket with some black RTV silicone and ordered a new one to be put in at the next valve check, but it would be interesting to know if they've come up with an updated cam cover as well.
