Flip makes a paddock stand that holds it up straight with enough clearnce to remove rear tire, front is still on ground, but a small jack or block of wood on front of sump will get both ends up.
If you need/want more height look at the lift pins Xdskip makes to go on a Sears or Harbor Freight motorcycle jack. They hold it so it comes up level as high as jack goes.
I purchased the motorcycle jack from Harbor Freight about 4 years ago. I can tell you it saves a lot of trouble when performing oil changes or service work on your bike. It has heavy rubber pads on the lifting arms so it won't damage the sump pan. And it can lift your bike totally off of the ground. I leave my beast on it all winter so i dont get flat spots on my tires. Hope this helps
