I’ve got to the gearbox and found the damaged gears. This is a low mileage 2014 roadster. Has anyone ordered the parts before ? Where’s the best place and do Triumph do a kit or stronger gears. It may even be the forks didn’t fully engage the gear due to bending possibly ,not into the depths of it yet.

Hard to look at the damage, makes me wince. Don't believe Triumph makes any stronger gears, but would suggest sending to Robinson's for circlips and shafts modifications, especially since you have cases split. There have been several postings on here about this. Triumph can supply all the parts needed, but check with Robinson's on their upgraded parts, pricing, and lead time. Good luck.

OP i just noticed you were in england, you can get a billet 4th gear from robinson and a transmission race shop will be able to do your backcutting and will probably add spiroloc circlips instead of cutting circlip groove larger and adding larger circlips. If you need help with getting a billet 4th gear I could help.
