Front crash bar dimensions

Definitely 1.25 inch diameter.
There were early bars ( I think Rivco) that were only 1 inch diameter, but they became unavailable and went out in 2012.
The early Rocket bars were $hit, hense the popularity of the Rivco. Triumph has since vastly improved the engine guards!

I reckoned a little history would be interesting.
I ordered the 1" Rivco the same day they were discontinued and had already purchased 1" highway pegs to the tune of over $100 for them.
So that's why I remember it vividly.

We have all been there...whether we will admit it or not is the issue! ;)

Thanks for being there for me with the right answer. I went ahead and took advantage of the cyber Monday sales at Cruser Customizing and Clearview Windshields and bought some assesories. The Russell seat put me higher in the saddle and into some buffeting. I also needed highway pegs and ISO grips.

Talk soon I am sure.
