Did you look at the basic guide on Tuneecu.fr? In the contents, see “disable the speed limiter”. Open the tune you are using, go to parameters. Is OPT next to the speed limit check box? If so then follow the instructions to pay the 49 euros and uncheck the box.

No, I don't think so, I think they are just the stock maps. I downloaded the Penner map to my device from the custom maps page at TuneECU: Custom Tunes
Free maps from penner, everytime i see this i just shake my head how good we have it in triumph rocket heaven, free maps, nothings free anymore but we get a 1000 tune just load it. Wow

This is what you do. dougl is right on with what he is saying.
Download the Penner map. Click on the speed limit button and it will ask you for a payment. You follow the directions and pay the money. The button is now active and you can unlock the speed limiter. Load it on the bike and you are good to go.
