Did you look at the basic guide on Tuneecu.fr? In the contents, see “disable the speed limiter”. Open the tune you are using, go to parameters. Is OPT next to the speed limit check box? If so then follow the instructions to pay the 49 euros and uncheck the box.

There's option to download in tuneecu , is this the oem map ?
 
This is what you do. dougl is right on with what he is saying.

Download the Penner map. Click on the speed limit button and it will ask you for a payment. You follow the directions and pay the money. The button is now active and you can unlock the speed limiter. Load it on the bike and you are good to go.
 
Thanks. I already did . all limits are gone, I am the last limit on this bike. I am afraid to go past 220

You need a Bluetooth module to remap. See the basic guide on Tuneecu.fr. In the bikes list, touch your model and a pop up tells you what to use.

OBDLink LX/MX, UCSI-2100 or vLinker MC
 
can someone tell me what file will fit this bike?
it seems that all countries are missing for vin from av5457 and up
