1. Hi say it don’t need to install extension and brake line and clutch line not touching not rubbing on nothing and not like guitar string?? No, you don't need to. The lines do touch the front cover, but they are not stretched tight.

2. I’m also 5.8 and also gt bars and not fill my self comfortable full tilt to tilt on small places do turnarounds so it’s make it better?? This is subjective and I can't tell you what it will feel like to you. I'm more comfortable on the bike and I love the position and feel difference. If your bars feel a little low and far away then you'll probably like these.

See line not stretched tight:

20R3GT- Thanks for your post. Any tips on install procedure? I purchased them but have not installed them yet. Did you have to remove the instrument console? Or did you simply have to remove and replace the three Allen bolts?

First loosen up two big 8mm allen under triple trees, after two small 3mm small plastic screen between riser, axes to them behind the cover above the headlights cover t30 4 bolts ! Then there you will see two 5mm bolts for instrument cluster to make it loose and after unscrew 6mm 4 bolts on clamps with handlebars! Wrap fuel tank with blanket! After installation new risers screw down bottom 8mm bolt but 80% in than handle bar and thight 4 bolts 6mm on clamps and adjust the handlebars after rest 20% on biggest 8mm from bottom and don’t forget to put blue loctite! Adjust cluster tight two 5mm bolt and then put small 3mm screw on plastic cover between two risers and enjoy!! Do not mess with side bolts or 3 bolts behind the cluster you don’t have to unscrew it or removed at all live it on handle bar!

I bought and installed these risers I found on Aliexpress.us and they're great! If you're looking for a little more pullback on your factory bars, these are for you. They come in silver or black and come with hardware and brake and clutch line extensions, but I used all the factory hardware and didn't use or need the line extenders.
