Why does the 3rd I value have higher timing values in the cruise range than the 1st and 2nd I value?

Nevermind I did a search and it looks like
The different I equals the gears so on our bikes 3 must be 5th gear.

657 miles round trip, that's a good shakedown ride. The Rocket performed flawlessly!! Very comfortable, passing cars/trucks is a flick of the wrist, mileage was pretty constant 40 mpg averaging 38-42 mpg give or take. The bike handles better than a fat tire big bike should. Overall I give the Rocket an A+
