I've a lundop waiting for me to find time to mount it.

I ran my Zeon 2XS up in pressure and found excellent performance but alas...the 280 tread ware compound rating ate the center far more quickly than I'd expected or rather should have expected. It's still 2 or 3 times better than the mettz. I will go with a higher density compound next time around. Probably the Eagle.

And then I come to the realization that you're talking about the T-Bird and smoking a fatty Apparently there was a conflict at the intersection.

Maybe you can get the Admin or Moderator department to start a Thunderbird Forum herein the R3owners.net site. e.g. there is a special place for :Rocket III" Touring crowd.

Perhaps the Webmaster will expand into the Thunderbird.net site.

just got back from a 650 mile ride to the coast and back and im running a rinkin rapture 225-55-16 with 35 psi and two up pulling a cargo trailor and it was a very nice ride. it can be a ***** on rough ground .like my driveway. we even rode in heavy rain for a while and it felt great.

I went to a raptor this summer and love it .. wish I could resist the temptation of the burn out pits at the rally’s but the rednecks never seen a rocket let alone smoking out the entire rally with little effort found 225/55r16 riken raptor here for $77 plus shipping

I hadn't thought of that one .... there wouldn't be any way to compete with a car tire spun at low speed in a burnout contest would there?
You could sit there and smoke the tire all day long without the guilt and fear of an expensive bike tire that could blow at any time.
I'd pay to see that one!
