Finally got my Big Beast back

Great job on the fabrication. Everyone has their own taste but I think having a single colour will mask the mastery of the work done. A subtle change of colour tone will really make it pop.

When I was asking for a silver with a flip
The painter said he can do a nice silver and airbrush a light black shadow Al through the detail so all the detail will pop. Something like this car. So it will look like this out side with that slight shadow

I put my gasket in fill her up 26 liters
6.86847 gallons I could put 7 gallons in if would of filled up more.
No Leakes
But gas gauges says empty and gas light is on?
So what did I install wrong?
The wind deflector works great. feels like I'm on a compleat deferent bike feels great.
Now I need to upholster it sitting really low with knees bent good so thinking I might raise a inch higher.
I'll try different heights to see what I like best.

Check your float arm. Might of gotten hung up when you were putting the assembly back in the tank.

Oh so when I installed the float could have got stuck so that means I need to empty all that gas and take it all apart again I was hoping for some fuse or something.
Well I guess it's something I'll se when taking apart it winter. Or perhaps if it's stuck it will get loose when riding and self fix

Oh if the float is stuck would it be possible to get a coat hanger with the hook and wiggly it around from up on top in the gas tank and free it up that way?

I have to admit during the design and construction process I could not see this turning out so well. Looks really good now completed and with some paint on it. Your build reminds me of the Honda Rune which I really like and want to own one some day.

Yes I always loved the Honda Rune as well.Yes it turned out well a few hip cups but over all it turn out really well .
People thought I was nuts until they see it all put together.
Had a guy at the gas station say to me is that a customized Rune ? That they didnt make to many? I said yes this is the prototype they made before they went into production, so this is the only one he was drooling lol
But now I put it all together and the gas gauge says empty. So in winter I'll take it apart and hopefully fix it before paint.

Went for a nice long ride since my bike is in miles I did 140 miles it feels like a new bike, and I thought it got a lot of attention before now it's insane a guy almost ran in a car infront of him looking at my bike lol can't wait to get it painted
