Finally got around to installing Dave Platt Exhaust

I keep dabbling with cleaning it, but the kids need to earn their pocket money some how.

The Landy is my baby, rocket being the mistress I'm the second owner since 1972, my grandfather being the first when he bought it new. I used to sit in it to pretend i was driving when I was really young. He's too old to drive it now (no power steering etc) so when he decided to part with it, I couldn't let anyone else own it. I get land rover related christmas/birthday cards every year, and the odd novelty gift. He misses it, lives 300 miles away so hasn't seen it since I got it. I'm planning a bit of restoration, modernising the engine with a power steering installation. Then I'm going to take it over to the valleys for him to have a go in it again.

I have finally got around to installing the Dave Platt Deep Tone cat free exhaust and his performance high flow cross pipe. Happy with the looks and sound. Looks like a well put together exhaust, although if I'm going to be critical it's not quite the same black.
Just running a 12 minute tune to have a quick run out.
Then coffee and ram air kit to install. And got a Hanso tune to stick on her.

I have the cat box delete for my 2005 R3 from Dave Platt and it fit perfect. Good luck and "Be Safe"
