Exedra Max + Michelin Commander 2 + GO PRO2

Just had a look at the sidewall
Max is 355KG at 41psi...
tread 2x nylon+ 2x rayon and side wall is 2x rayon...
no steel belting so high pressure maybe an issue..

I think the Cobras are steel belted, at least my rear was when it blew out :(

You right! It does say max load at 41 psi - not necessarily that 41 psi is max pressure, but I take your point. Just checked mine and it's on 41 anyway. Not sure if I didn't get it spot on when I pumped it up or some has come out.

Having had quite a load on for a few days I've found the bike was riding pretty smoothly up to Hervey Bay and back with 40 something in the front and shocks set on 3. When I rode up to Yass yesterday with nothing on (the bike) and the shocks set on 3 it was quite a bone jarring trip. I normally have the shocks on 3 anyway but that's around Canberra. The road to Yass is a different proposition. I set them to 1 for run home and there was a marked improvement. Point is I don't think 41 in the front is going to roughen up your ride too much.

I found one thing negative about the Bridgestone exedra max today . It sux arse in the wet. Which is a little disappointing because it's great otherwise

Really Mitch.. hav'nt found that with mine but I am always careful on the wet stuff especially on those white bits..

Wet road is fine mate it's when it's coming down with rain if there is a patch of water on the road thicker than a cm it doesn't disperse the water well and drifts. Just a wet road no problem

Not my experience at all. Malcy and I rode through some pretty heavy rain with a fair bit on the road and mine felt great, very sure footed. You may have hit something else in the water or the road was uneven. Seriously I reckon the BS is really good in the wet. We were 't puddling along- pun intended.

I'll take your word for it mate because it was only in a certain patch that it happened . Spooked me a little . I really love the bridgy I'm sure your probably rite . It rained all the way to work and was only this one spot she really moved perhaps a bit of oil on the road also .i will ad I was doing about 120 on a 70 kph sweeper lol

34 front 42 rear and the metzies side stepped twice in the wet and once in the dry all on the rear. Can't say I liked that too much. Been looking at Bridgies and also the Avon but undecided as to which one.
If Mr Michelin would remove his finger my choice would be much easier. I run them on all of the other bikes and never had a bad experience. Oh well I live in hope.
