Yes it is, I just took mine off a couple of months ago. If I remember correctly, leaves you with two hoses. Blocked one hose off that goes to the throttle bodies and put the other hose into the big hose that runs down to the bottom of the chassis and Ty wrapped it together.

Runs just the same as before, and no engine lights.

Making room for a additional fuse box, perfect spot.

Thought so, I am putting a McCruise on my bike. Not aure why a bike sold in Michigan has one though. Thought they were only on CA bikes.

I believe it only keep gas from spilling on the ground if you drop the bike or over fill the gas tank.

Just took delivery of my bike last weekend (not in CA) and the dealer cautioned me against me against overfilling the fuel tank as all bikes have the canister and are 50-state-legal. I cannot confirm or deny this or know what model year it may have taken effect but that's what I was told.

Yeah, mine is a 13 and has it.. Here is a photo of where I now need to Velcro the McCruise computer. Seems they should have sent an extended bracket so you couluse it instead of Velcro. Now to make sure I mount it so it clears the cover.:D

I installed the MCcruise on my 2014 R3T last week. I too have the canister on my bike (bought in PA, USA). I mounted the computer on the right side of the bike, zip tied to the ECU mount. I didn't bother removing the carbon canister for the install but will probably take it off in the future.

I am totally impressed with the MCcruise product. Fantastic build quality (looks stock) and EXCELLENT customer service. Install instructions are very comprehensive. It took me about five hours to complete the install and I consider myself a pretty experienced wrencher.

On a side note, I am having issues with the cruise control cutting out unexpectedly. Tony at MCcruise was very quick to respond and assist with diagnosing and correcting the problem. They are sending a replacement computer which they hope will resolve the issue. Despite the current problem with the product, I remain satisfied to date as they have been very good about making sure I am taken care of.

I may end up writing a more comprehensive review once all the bugs are worked out. It's probably the best aftermarket accessory that I have ever added to a motorcycle.

I put MCcruise on my 2014 but I removed the canister I just thought it made the installation easier. The cruise is just the best and their instructions are by far the best ones I have used on after market stuff. If you need a picture or two let me know. I also put it on the other two Rockets I had as well and never had any problems with it.

I see there's an electrical fitting involved in that twisted mess of hoses. What did you do with that?
