Just in case run the exhaust studs and clamp bolt to make sure nothing is loose especially the ones on the head it takes a few time to make sure they stay tight. and while you at it look and see if you can spot any signs of leaking like carbon deposits maybe you getting a exhaust whistle.

Dear All, that sounds happens when the engine is warmed up. When it's cool you do not hear it. I start to think that it is the regular sound that the engine has when you are not accelerating. I do not know ..
