Engine doen't like over 95 degree ambient Temp.

u need to tell us about your bike
is it set up with original filter under seat?
k&n's or other.
where is the air temperature sender is it still in the bottom of the air box? if it is laying on the head or back of motor u need to fix
have u installed a tune?
do u have tune ecu?
is it going into closed loop with o2 sensor changing?

Original air filter under seat, only mod is thunderbike pipes cat delete. I do have tune ecu. The air temp sender is still where it was installed since new.

I'm curious if your throttle body sync is off. That's an easy check. That would explain low speed surge. Just a thought.

Check vacuum hoses and rubber caps at throttle bodies and map sensor.
Check air temp. sensor/connector. for dirt or corosion at connector
I have never tried this
Might disconect air temp sensor the ecu should set a default setting (and will set code) and might tell u if it is good or bad.

Being careful with the sensor as there is a tiny glass bulb that protrudes from the front. Even though it looks like it should screw out it does not. It's just a push in pull out fitting. It looks like this.
