Engine doen't like over 95 degree ambient Temp.

It's an 05, just wonder if it could be some kind of sensor, it throws no codes. Like I said if I shut the bike off and start it the next morning there's no problems, only when it over 90 outside. It's not the gas as I've already thought of that and used other top tier stations with same results.

where is the air temperature sender is it still in the bottom of the air box? if it is laying on the head or back of motor u need to fix
have u installed a tune?
do u have tune ecu?
is it going into closed loop with o2 sensor changing?

Might disconect air temp sensor the ecu should set a default setting (and will set code) and might tell u if it is good or bad.
