I agree, connector looks good, problem is any wire could be breaking down and not carrying current or grounding, then arcing and making contact. Need to check each wire and circuit to eliminate or prove. Jumping from circuit to circuit without proving work/no work will just have you chasing ghosts. Wish you good luck, if it was easy, anyone could do it.

we r kinda grasping for straws so i am thinking along this line
i would suggest that u remove those blue wires and the one that is fore the charger clean the cable and post if needed.
ps say a little prayer to the triumph god.
