hi I've was told the ecu on my 2015 roadster might be lock is this correct , if so how can I find out

Them's sure some funny lookin license plates on them thar cars.

Nice bike, so now how to unlock the ECU, strip off all your clothes and run around the Rocket screaming at the top of your voice for two minutes also make sure the bike is in the middle of the street and only between the hours of 3pm -5pm
