Drag bars

Same look I'm going for! Going to order a set of drag bars this winter and fiddle with them. If you try any of those Martin, let me know how they work

T-Bars be the pick of'em.. they fit the standard risers and the only mod I made was re-routing wiring to switch blocks .. and a Classic clutch cable .. 3 inches longer. Not knowing what sort of riding you do it's hard to say with the others. The rest of them would be varying degrees of uncomfortable. But if you're only doing short rides you could possibly live with them.
Don't go getting rid of your stock bars.. like a lot of us that have swapped around different bars , you may end up wanting to return to the stock one.

Kyrocket; I'm in the process of ordering a Corbin saddle for two-up riding, and once I get a feel for how this will impact my comfort I'll be looking to procure the straight bar and the bars with no rise (i.e. just slightly bent). These have the lowest price entry point, so if they don't work out I won't have wasted too much money.

TOMCAT; duly noted on keeping the stock bars, good call. I like the looks of the T-Bars the least, so I'll see what happens with the short pulls ones. I suspect you're right on the forward lean being uncomfortable, but I guess time will tell.

every part I change or modify I keep an original in the shed (Except my rear shocks but I know where they are TC)

Make a custom set to fit you, Art. REALLY. I've done this now on several bikes - and it makes a HUGE difference.

There is always the VERY F*CKING EXPENSIVE Heli-Bar option. Though which would fit the R3, I'm unsure.

Same here. I like the look much better than T bars and find the width and reach fit me perfectly.

They barrely clear at full lock with no riser. But I'm 6'8" and I can reach. This was my compomise. I wanted flat drag bars, but any option that looked good enough and didn't need extra parts cost way too much. I paid about $120 shipped. I found an online coupon code.

Those bars look great. The bars on the link though have a 7" pull back are they the same as yours or are the pics playing tricks on me
