Do R3T hard bags stay dry in rain

Well, I'm planning a little trip the first part of June with some fellow bikers and I have a question for you R3T owners. I haven't rode my bike in the rain (I don't care to either) but.....do the hard bags stay dry inside if you do a lot of riding in the rain? What is your experience with rainy weather?
