Do I need a cat bypass pipe?

My cross over box is sitting on a shelf in my garage. I have a full Jardine system. I've heard they're no longer made, but here's a site that lists them for sale.

Thanks for that! I will contact them and see if one is still available. Don't suppose that you might have a copy of Wayne's tune I could buy, beg, or borrow that I could get my sandwich clamps on do you?

Can assure you MEERKAT quality is second to none. Always at all the swaps and vintage bike shows , can make header pipes/mufflers for any motorcycle.

Looked like top shelf metal work to be sure.

I have Wayne's tune for Tuneboy, not TuneECU. TuneECU was not around when mine was tuned. I'm sure the TuneECU tune is available as its become quite popular.

If the Jardines are no longer available I'd follow up on TC's suggestion. Headers will be where you get the most power.

Curses! Foiled again. :(I didn't see a tune on Tuneecu for your setup. My original plan was to wait until the warranty was up, get a Reband pipe and a filter(s), truck it down to Wayne and have him do his magic on it. I should have said 'stuff the warranty' and dropped the hammer on it while Wayne was still in business. I guess that with the cost of Tune Boy and the Jardine system, coming in about 700 bux less than the Reband system, it still is a viable option though.
