Dealers Disappearing....

Is this the place just north of Research Forest on 45 on the east side?? When did they start carrying Triumph? That means we have three in Houston-area.

Yeah > https://www.woodlandspremiummotorcycles.com

They just brought Triumph in about a month or two ago. Their techs weren't even trained yet when I stopped in a month ago.

We bought the Street Triple in Austin, had the first service done @ British USA on the south side. Bought my Rocket from the dealer in Katy and will never go back.

same with PJ"s in alb. had no idea what they were doing luckily they closed up new dealer in Alb. now have not been there yet so no idea how they are when I do go first thing going to ask if they have anybody from PJ"s if so going to run away fast

Triumph are dictating to dealerships to become more of a boutique store. They are pushing in the UK for sole agent Triumph only including rider wear etc. Maybe the same over there.

I don't want boutique i want concrete floors with oil stains and a grumpy mechanic with gnarled hands from wrenching that's deaf from riding.

Here in Christchurch NZ the Triumph Dealer lost his dealership and a dealership which dealt in Indians and Victorys picked it up. I think the fact that they are a very well established car dealership with this motorcycle dealership as well, had alot to do with it. Triumph have a "look" they want and the shop has to comply...you need a bit of coin to set that up. Our Dealership is very smart looking and the guys and girls there are great...there is a good range of bikes and gear to browse thru..

Can't add to your Triumph experience, but they know their BMWs. I bought my K1300s from the local county sheriffs action. While doing my due diligence about keys, they were the only Houston dealer who knew their stuff and could explain how to get a key if the motorcycle didn't come with one.

My one dealing with British USA was good. Long haul from my place to them, but so far the only dealer my Triumph will go to... in Houston that is
