My only dealing with Corp Triumph has been through my dealership who went to bat for me when my ignition switch gave out three years out of warranty, Triumph had no problem sending me the complete package-switch-gas cap-seat latch, all I had to do was install them.
All free of charge by the way so big thumbs up to Triumph from me.

Is everyone who is having the gear problem reporting it to the correct authorities? as it is a safety issue enough complaints might trigger a recall or at least make Triumph step up a wee bit more.
