Fellow Rocketeers,

Have any of you bought and installed the Dave Platt Short Custom Pipes with the Cat delete crossover? Reason for asking is I'm wondering if anyone has had any problems with the fitting and alignment of the pipes and more importantly the alignment of the slash cut on LHS pipe?

I have the cat box delete pipe but I customized my stock 2005 stock pipes which I like very much, and I also cut my pipes and shortened them nine and a half inches and removed all the baffling;the cat box delete that I bought from Dave Platt worked out sweet!

Hi Chris, Already contacted Hans0 when I changed the stock air filter for the RamAir and new tune dutifully installed. He's also said that this tune will be good with the DP short customs - so here we go!

I have just the Cat delete crossover on my 2005 rocket with the original stock three pipe system; Love it, sounds great and went on very simple no hassle at all, I also removed the baffles which were welded from triumph and took me some time to remove, worked out very well. "Be Safe!

Ah, a different pipe to the one I purchased. Glad it all fitted and sounds good and all is well. Merry Xmas to you
