I recently used that function for the first time. Really liking the results but in my use I found it to be an extreme case which predicated the need (though I know you two have some personal history, and each decides their own limits )
 
had many warrenty related problems,dealer did not care, he thought it looked cool
 
Didn't triumph bring car tires to bonneville, seems to me if they were so against it, they wouldn't be experimenting out in public

THEY tried some special compound road racing tires in the hope they would provide more traction But it ended up they didn't work as well as the standard MC tires
