want to stir the pot?
Just mention how abortion is murder,
Jesus is Lord, or obama sucks...
Or offer any opinion that differs from his,
and you'll get a response.
Usually a name or two, and a couple of words
from a dictionary thrown in for good measure.
That's how he rolls, God love him.

Obama does suck.:soapbox:

I have not went to the dakside but am considering it. Most of my riding is on the high plains and Rocky Mountains. 30 mph cross winds are not uncommon.

I'm wondering how the ct performs under those conditions.

Flawlessly I'm sure. lol

happyhenry just so you know the score. arguing with Phil is like arguing with a women:eek: (sorry to the real ladies on this site:)) his opinions are his opinions presented as hard facts.

Most of us gave up a long time ago. Some of us just like to stir the pot.

Just to set the record straight, Henry, most of the tire holy warriors here can't or will not distinguish fact from opinion, conjecture or religious dogma on this subject if it smacked them straight in their ballsacks. I am a strong advocate for individual choice and I have done my best to isolate opinion from the truth based on my own experience with car tires on three different motorcycles over the course of about 30,000 miles not to mention the collective view from nearly any qualified expert on the subject whether they be from all corners of either the motorcycle or tire industries. You cannot refute certain important laws of physics and long established engineering and safety data which in essence backs up such positions 110%.;)

Keep stirring, gentlemen!:p

So Tell Me Just what Is Wrong with Obama I thought you guys loved him:rolleyes:

Shurly you jest HansO,
NO freedom loving American with half an ounce of dignity
want any part of the socialist regime he's ushering in.
Now there are some obama zombies out there
who think he's GOD's gift.
Nobody I know would vote for him again,
even tho a LOT of my friends and family did the first time.
Seems the blind eyes are finally opening up.
Sort of like those who have blinders on regarding car tires on motorcycles.
A person "sees" what they want to see, human nature I suppose.
The FACT that gold wing riders have logged hundreds of thousands of miles
SAFELY on car tires, and we've collectivly probably done that many ourselves,
you still have those who refuse to admit it can be done SAFELY, even on a Rocket.
We know the risks, we take our chances EVERY TIME we throw a leg over the saddle
regardless of what tire ya run.
All ya can do is be as safe as you can, and the rest is in GOD'S hands.
Just like when ya vote, you make your choice, you take your chances.

Speak for yourself, Skip, coz' you sure don't speak for the masses nor could anyone seriously take or mistake your opinion for the vox populi!

I hear and understand all to well your opinion of the man, the same bile spewed over and over and over, but it would be a breath of fresh air to hear something other than the same regurgitated babble, mostly distorted, nonfactual, propagandized spin propagated by the lunatic fringe on the right. Is our President perfect? Well, no man is. Is he better than what preceded him? I'm quite certain that history will answer that question loudly and boldly in the affirmative. Is Romney a better choice? For some, he may be, largely for idealistic or dogmatic reasons. IMO, pragmatically, he's a poseur, an empty suit, the ultimate in the model of a modern day, opportunistic , smile-in-your-face, disingenuous politicians, grossly out of touch with the average citizen, which consequently makes him, for me, at least, a very poor choice for the highest elected office. But, hey! That's what makes horse races and that is why baskin Robbins has 36 flavors, right?

Would you like to make a gentleman's wager about the November presidential election?

I'll say that he'll be reelected by a smallish, 3-7% margin, just the same as I predicted many moons ago that his healthcare reform legislation would be upheld by our Supreme Court.

what say you?

Ya know Phil, that description could apply as easily to the President as to Mr. Romney. It sounds like we have two sides of the same coin. Does anyone really think there's a major difference in how the election of either candidate will effect the direction of the country over the next four years? The only thing that may have an effect is control of both houses of Congress. And without a veto-proof majority even that won't mean much.
