Still stock for me, but I have considered something a little more deep. If I wanted more noise I'd go back to a Harley. On a long ride I've found the noise begins to grate on you much like the wind noise in my helmet. I've stared using earplugs, but I really like to hear my engine and bike. Pretty muted with the plugs in my ears.

Hello it's your friendly TORS salesperson, Just joking! but I find as I have stated many times the TORS are just a little louder and a deeper note ,you can hear the exhaust note but not annoying on long trips look stock as well for Mr Plod and at Rego check time,I have breezed through the Roadside Police" safety Checks" several times whilst the other guys get defected for insufficient silencers on their "noisy" bikes:sneaky::whitstling::whitstling::rolleyes:

Having had Triumph TOR's on a 2004 Bonneville, 2005 Rocket, and 2012 T-Bird, I'd say they capture a unique Triumph sound. Strong, but not obnoxiously loud, like my Jardines.

@cusso ken
Do the CES get "*****ed" at these rego checks?
Sure glad we don't have them here in WA.

I haven't been riding with a CES fitted Rocket Yet! I have no doubt if a RMS inspector was having a bad day and armed with his trusty noise meter he would defect anything slightly over the decibel limit ,all the guys I have seen defected were on noisy Harleys, Suzuki M109s with after market pipes and old mate on his Duke with a lovely set of Conti pipes ,the re registering sound checks each year on bikes 4 years old or over usually sees the guys digging out their stock pipes just for the check ,then back to the "noisy" pipes:evil::evil:, as I have said the TORS are OK SO FAR! :cautious::cautious:

Thanks for the info.
What a major PITA!

Holy Chicken $hit!!!
I wrote "bi*ched" and it was censored????
What BS izzat? Ridiculous!

I just left the Triumph dealer here in Las Vegas. I want to get rid of the cats and didn't much care about the performance or the noise but thought the bike might be a little less hot if the cats are gone. According to the dealer as of right now there are no TORS pipes for the Rocket 3 left in this country in the warehouse. That made the decision easy as there are no more Jardines either. I ordered D&D kit with the K&N air filter. They are going to wrap my headers under the shields with heat wrap and download another tune after the pipes are back on it. It will be louder but I'm used to even louder so it should be fine. Hopefully the heat will be less.

Las Vegas Dave , seems odd about the Tors as I just had aset deivered this past saturday

Let us know how it works out for ya and post a pix or three!
That would be Freedom Cycle? They were very good to us when we were there last May.
I wasn't too pleased with the $165 oil & filter change charge!!! Just wrote it off as "Vegas". :p

Freedom Cycle Reno just wrapped my Jardine header. It helps. If you change your mind about performance and/or the TOR tune doesn't work for you, Brad does amazing stuff on the dyno. But you have to install a Power Commander and come to Reno.
