Can't tell you ideal exit hole size for a bike - it must surely depend on a while range of things. But I can tell you that mine's as tight as and staying that way.

Just so you have some back pressure I would be PMing Warp about the endcap baffle he is running I have seen one in the flesh and as long as it is the right size to fit in your exhaust it would, 1 look good, and 2 help your bike run better still

Picked it up yesterday, new stainless fitted, awesome welding job, smoothed right in to the system with no signs of welding. Love it!

Low speeds, is almost Harley like, but I'll tell you something, and this fits my riding style, that when you creep up to about 3000rpm it's screaming to rip, and that's what I let it do, let all the 600cc sportbikes RIP.

Just of note, where I live in Brazil, we don't have any mandatory yearly inspection on vehicles. So I can do pretty much whatever I want. I don't know how it is where you are.

So, no cat, no O2, no baffles, etc how good is that!
