In this time of COVID it seems the standard excuse for everything is well..COVID. With that I thought I'd share a positive experience. Exhausts seem to be a hot topic here so if you're on the fence perhaps my experience could help you make a decision. I installed a Werkes exhaust on my bike and love it. It's the best looking and sounding to me, would I like a third pipe on the other side sure but more on that later. Very shortly after installing the pipe I started to notice some staining which appeared to be from the adhesive under the name plate. I tried several things to clean it with no avail. I reached out to Werkes and they asked for pictures. Immediately after receiving them they responded that this was certainly not acceptable and offered solutions. A replacement was going to take to long so they said to ship it to them and they would repair/clean it. This was back in October and I told them down here in Texas our riding season was just starting and I would need to wait a little while. They responded that was not a problem and to email them when I was ready and they'd send me a shipping label. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, I told them I was ready sent it in and got it back looking good as new.

As for the third pipe, they said that they did go down that road originally but the dyno results were pretty poor and it would not have been cost effective in the end.
