I have been running a MC cruise for a few years now. Dont regret the purchase. It took a little install it myself but it has made iron butts much easier. Well worth the coin.

on my mccruise the pull cable broke in the black box on BLACKIE at the WV rally, it rusted where water gets in that box, i suggest checking, greaseing when you can

I've been very happy with this product. Enough so that I think they deserve a plug on our forum. Push button to engage the lock, push the other to disengage. You can adjust throttle position while engaged, to maintain the speed you want, or to increase/decrease.

Any halfway decent mechanic should be able to install that. I've been thinking for years about doing it myself but haven't been able to tour much anyway these past couple of years because reasons.

A real cruise is always vastly preferable to a throttle clamp. The instant you touch a brake with a real cruise, it disengages, even if it's the rear brake. It also adjust for hills and you can tweak the speed up and down with more precision. I'm not personally a fan of clamps, I just use a throttle boss. Similar effect but at least if you release the throttle grip, the throttle goes to zero.

I have the mccruise on my rocket trike. It takes a while to install but the instructions are top notch perfect. Once installed, I’ve never had any problems In almost all weather conditions. It’s a really good product.
